How quickly can I expect results?

How long is the program?

Based on my experience of working with numerous clients over the years, it takes at the very least 6 months for all the discoveries we make together, the information you take in, and transformations you make to "STICK." In the past, we found that clients who stayed for shorter periods of time were certainly experiencing results right away, BUT were never getting to experience the ability to make their changes STAY a part of their business by doing things consistently and applying systems over a period of time. Their results never had a chance to get fully implemented and therefore did not remain consistent. So, really wanting lasting results for you, I FULLY RECOMMEND this program in 6-month increments.

Do people ever re-up or continue past the original program?

Yes. People find that to build a business that will sustain its momentum over time, a second wave of coaching is very useful. Many clients have done this and have continued to say that because they get new outcomes in their business each month as a result of coaching with me, they feel like they're getting free coaching.

I have a busy life. I want to build my business, but I don't have too much time. How much time do I need?

If you can spare 30 - 45 minutes 2 - 3 times a month, you will be able to take just one small step at a time, or discover one small thing about your business and yourself on each call, and then any extra time to read something new and exciting every once and awhile. Know that this approach will take longer than if you give it your all, but even one small step at a time is going to add more energy and profit to your business. You can't arrive if you don't ever start. I know for myself that everything I try and learn is far better than staying in the same place.

I have a busy life now and I definitely did when I started my business. I know that it has changed my life and I have seen it change countless others. The question is: How badly do you want what you want? If you want it a lot, you will find time for it.
